The above network is an example of how metabolic fluxes predicted by the P.gingivalis flux balance model can be visualized using the VisANT platform (Figure from Mazumdar et al., J Bacteriol. 2009 Jan;191(1):74-90). An interactive tool for flux balance computation and visualization of metabolic activity in P. gingivalis will be available soon.
